What is Namazake?

Nama-zake is as fresh as sake can get! This style omits the pasteurization stage that most conventional sake undergoes, and is bottled directly after being freshly pressed. In exchange for fragile shelf life, each Namazake burst with flavor with layers of depth and complexity. At Hannyatou, we are able to source seasonal bottles directly from our trusted wholesalers and in small quantities to ensure a high-quality experience for our club members.

Here’s How Our Membership Works:

• You will receive up to 3 bottles throughout the course of your subscription.

• As a club member, you will get first access to new releases in the Nama market.

• We can’t control the timing of the releases so we will send you an email every time we receive something new.

• Each bottle will come with exclusive pairings created by Chef Soma (available with pick up within a week of email notification).

• Upon your last bottle pick-up, you will have the option to renew your membership.

• Sake and pairings are available for pick-up only at our store location at 1060 N. 39th St. Seattle Wa. 98103
